Audrey Helminiak has held her real estate license since 1984, starting on the North Shore and now located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago since 1989, listing and selling all over Chicagoland, including Barrington, Park Ridge, Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, Lake in the Hills, Algonquin, Evanston, Chicago, Arlington Heights, Cary, Woodstock, Libertyville, Mundelein, Elgin, Glenview, Morton Grove, and even as far west as Rockford.

Because she has 42 years of experience, most of her business is either repeat business from her past clients, or referrals from those past clients because she treats her clients as life-long friends rather than one-time transactions.

She sings in the choir at the Presbyterian Church of Barrington, has coordinated the Meals With Wheels drivers twice a month since 2016, and is on the local Habitat For Humanity board, donating much of her time to help build affordable home in the local area.
